About the event

Join me for a complimentary 45min yoga class on the top floor of The Refinery at ArC West London, overlooking the river Thames.

We’ll move through a gentle, grounding flow designed to release tension and reconnect you to your breath and body. With the calming river view as our backdrop, this is a chance to stretch, and take time for yourself in a unique setting.

This session is totally FREE — a way to gather, practice together, and enjoy yoga together.

All levels are welcome. Mats provided (you can bring your own if you prefer).

Consuelo is an experienced yoga teacher, retreat host, somatic coach and avid living room dancer.

Her goal is to help you live in your body. The body is filled with wisdom, which is often forgotten. Consuelo dares you to slow down and reconnect. Discovering a forgotten part of yourself, filled with ease, capability and intuition.
