In questa sessione online gratuita di Yoga Nidra, ti guiderò in un viaggio di profondo rilassamento per sintonizzarti con l’energia calma dell’autunno 🍂.


Attraverso tecniche di rilassamento profondo, respiro consapevole e visualizzazioni, lascerai andare ciò che non ti serve più — proprio come gli alberi che si spogliano delle loro foglie — creando spazio per il riposo, la quiete e una nuova chiarezza interiore.


Lo Yoga Nidra è una pratica che ti porta in uno stato di coscienza tra il sonno e la veglia, dove potrai rilassare completamente il corpo e liberare la mente dallo stress. Non è necessaria esperienza precedente, basta solo sdraiarti comodamente e seguire la guida.


Ti consigliamo di indossare vestiti comodi e di trovarti in un ambiente caldo e tranquillo per godere al meglio di questa esperienza di benessere.

Consuelo is an experienced yoga teacher, retreat host, somatic coach and avid living room dancer.

Her goal is to help you live in your body. The body is filled with wisdom, which is often forgotten. Consuelo dares you to slow down and reconnect. Discovering a forgotten part of yourself, filled with ease, capability and intuition.
